Chris, brings over 30 years of expertise in managing marine businesses. He has grown them quickly and helped make them serious players in the market, taking local companies to national and international dominance – not once, not twice, but three times!


A quick snapshot:

NAVMAN Marine

As CEO, Chris helped grow the business in Australia from $1M to $42M in 5 years. NAVMAN was then successfully sold to Brunswick.

FUSION Entertainment

As CEO, Chris took FUSION from a small start-up business to a profitable turnover of $72M. FUSION was then successfully sold to Garmin.

PROPSPEED

A mature, 20-year marine business when Chris joined as CEO, Propspeed almost doubled sales over 3 years. Importantly Chris was instrumental in strengthening the whole international direction, channels to market and overall marketing strength.


In all 3 businesses, Chris was hands-on and continually in-market.

Prior to the above ventures, Chris ran a successful marine chandlery, a fast-growing yacht charter business with a sailing school, and the number one marine electronic specialist retailer in Australia, Markwell Marine.

Currently, not only is Chris our joint CEO, but he is also Director of Broadwater Marine, Asia’s largest marine chandlery business based in the Philippines.
